Roger brings over 20 years of direct experience supporting mining and industrial operations. As a Certified Lubrication Specialist, his expertise spans heavy equipment fluids, contamination control, lubrication systems, and field-based reliability support. He leads shop operations, reconditioning processes, and field services, ensuring every product meets WyGar’s highest standards for performance and safety.

Co Founder, Vice President of Corporate Services
Drawing on her formal education and extensive business experience, Felicia leads WyGar’s business operations, systems, planning, customer relationships, and organizational development. She also oversees safety programs, compliance coordination, and internal processes to ensure WyGar operates with integrity, accountability, and long term sustainability. ​​​​​​​

STORY
With over two decades of direct experience supporting major mining and construction operations, Roger repeatedly saw vast quantities of usable lubricants being discarded simply because they were considered dirty.

​Most of that oil was not worn out.
It was contaminated and operating outside its specified viscosity range.

WyGar Industries Ltd. was founded to change that.
